Two Nevada Casinos Deploy QCI’s Unified Gaming Platform

Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has announced that new Legends Bay Casino and Casino Fandango, located in Northern Nevada, have rolled out their unified gaming platform – Nimble Edition.

The purpose of the platform is to align marketing, player development and casino operations around a single view of casino data.

Fandango Casino located in Carson City offers over 700 slots, 10 table games, a sportsbook and a range of dining and entertainment options, while Legends Bay Casino offers slots and table games, as well as the only Circa Sports Sportsbook in Nevada, in addition to several restaurants and bars.

Traci Ferrante, Regional Vice President of Information Technology for Olympia Gaming, said, “We are very impressed with the QCI product and its team. Being able to tie player data to slot machine data in a meaningful way and knowing who’s on the court at the moment is invaluable.

“Having the QCI Marketing tool automate the loading of our marketing offers has alleviated a time consuming process and eliminated the risk of data entry errors. This software improves our analyzes and decision-making for both properties.

Dr. Ralph Thomas, CEO of QCI, added, “Legends Bay Casino and Casino Fandango’s decision to select our unified gaming platform shows the importance of continually developing products that truly meet the needs of our customers.

“The Nimble Edition was developed specifically for casinos with less than 1,000 slot machines, enabling their hosts, marketing managers and casino operations teams to operate in a modern, data-enriched environment.

“With QCI now deployed at over 75 casino resorts in North America and over 4,000 locations worldwide, we are confident that our proven product will meet the dynamic needs of Legends Bay Casino and Casino Fandango.”
